Question: When will you ship my order if I place the order today?

Answer: If we receive your order before 15pm EST, we will process the order on the same day. Orders usually ship within 24 hours.

Answer: We ship via ground service (1-5 days within Canada). We will ship your product via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, ICS, Canpar or Purolator shipping services.

Question: How much will it cost to within Canada?

Answer: We offer a free shipping for all orders from $39. Under $39 you will be charge a small fee of 7.95. We charge a fee for certain orders whose weight or size exceeds the standards of our carriers. We will contact you if an additional charge is required for your order. e.g.: safe, furniture. For shipments to Yukon and territories, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Answer: No, we do not keep customer's credit card information on file. Each transaction is treated as a new order. All transaction information you submitted are deleted from the web server as soon as the order is completed. We keep our customer's name, address, phone number, username and password on file (your profile) so that you do not have to enter that information again during your next visit.

Answer: If you would like to know the status of your order, we send you an email whit a link informing you about all shipment information

Question: How will the charge from appear on my credit card statement?

Answer: The charge on your credit card statement should appear under the name soscartouches.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: In most cases, we process the order within 3 hours from the time the order is submitted and ship out the same day. We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us before 15pm EST and your order is placed on the same day. We cannot cancel any order after shipment is picked up by the carrier.
